Judas Worm was written for the Collective
by Justin Chubb in 1998.
It told the story of miner and savant
artist Judas who is rocketed to fame when his work is spotted by a London
art critic.
Back in Cornwall, a terrible disaster befalls his village. Will
Judas use his new found wealth to help those who once rejected him?
The play
toured Cornwall and then ran for three weeks at the Finborough Theatre, London
to huge acclaim.

the Cornish Theatre Collective's spellbinding transformation of a household
table and four chairs into a coiling mineshaft should decisively sweep all
doubts from your mind"
